Umberto Group, Inc., is a company specifically formed to create and commercialize an AI/ML non-black-box and adaptable to the needs of the client's algorithm to monitor, access, and predict media, social media, and messaging services sentiment analysis, analysis of the narrative formation, analysis of natural patterns of narrative formation dissemination in regular times and in times of stress for the community, as they are different, and ideally creation of a predictive algorithm that would allow to see and monitor such unnatural narrative behaviors as are created by misinformation campaigns, especially by foreign actors, such as "troll farms".

Our multidisciplinary team started working on the above topics when the danger of such use of social media became evident in mid to late 2010’s.
